My main goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment, so you can begin taking steps towards healing and change. I work with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, and I am a multiculturally informed therapist.
I believe therapy should always be collaborative. Engaging with one another in the therapeutic relationship is essential for change, and I believe therapy should never feel forced. It is very important for me to meet you where you are in your readiness to heal, change, and grow.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADD, and alcohol and drug-related disorders. This includes people who may be just starting their journeys of recovery, or have been in recovery for awhile, and may be facing obstacles in their growth. I also welcome those who have been impacted by a friend or loved one’s behavior due to substance abuse.
