A Person Centered Approach To Therapy

My main goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment, so you can begin taking steps towards healing and change. I work with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, and I am a multiculturally informed therapist.

I believe therapy should always be collaborative. Engaging with one another in the therapeutic relationship is essential for change, and I believe therapy should never feel forced. It is very important for me to meet you where you are in your readiness to heal, change, and grow.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I also work with those who may be just starting their journeys of recovery from alcohol and drug use disorder, or have been in recovery for awhile, and may be facing obstacles in their growth. I also welcome those who have been impacted by a friend or loved one’s behavior due to substance abuse.
